Pumpkin Patch & Halloween

This was Kate's first Halloween! She is 7 months old now. She was an elephant and Jack was Luigi. (From Mario Bros.) We visited the grandparents tonight and then headed to our church for the Fall Festival. When we got home, Jack and I trick-or-treated around the neighborhood while Daddy and Kate went inside.....it was cold!

Jack has been in preschool for three years now and he had his final Halloween Parade this year before starting Kindergarten. I'm sure there will be lots of fun things in store for us next year, but I wish we could stay in preschool forever! It has been a great three years. 

October is one of my favorite months. We always enjoy the pumpkin patches, apple cider, and the leaves changing on the trees. I hate to see it go! However, we have a special birthday coming up in November....
